Refund policy for online purchases

This refund policy applies only to online purchases. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase please email us at online@shades.net.au or call us on 08 8232 5588. All returns need to be made within 14 days from date of delivery. When contacting us you will need your order number and contact details. Your purchase may be returned for a refund providing the item is in its original condition, not scratched or damaged in any way and in the original packaging including the original box, contents, accessories and documentation. Customised products are not returnable or refundable.

For your protection we highly recommend you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are not sent by us. We recommend using Australia Registered Post with Extra Cover. If we are at fault we will credit you the return freight charge. Once we receive the returned item and it is verified, we will credit the original credit card used of the price of the item.

International Returns Policy
Please note that any international postage fees, customs duties, or other related charges are non-refundable. These costs will not be reimbursed when returning sunglasses or any other items.
